Standing with food and service workers in Cambodia

The Cambodian Food and Service Workers Federation (CFSWF) is a Cambodia-based organization led by workers themselves.
We support people working in restaurants, hospitality, tourism, cleaning, and other service sectors—many of whom face low wages, insecure jobs, and limited access to protection.

Our work is grounded in everyday realities. We focus on practical support, simple tools, and collective action so workers can improve their lives with dignity.
